Roger Rouse at On24web designed and hosts my new web site. He took a site that was outdated and somewhat dysfunctional and turned into something I am proud to show to my clients. I hired On24 to take care of my website.
Here are the series of events that occurred, all of which I can prove through email.
Before I go on, I have 3 state licenses and the sole income for a family of 6 in 3 cities across 2 states. I paid the $600 and the monthly charges to get a website going for my business.
Well, long story short, I had pages on my website that were in some Scandinavian or whatever... my business is in America. I need English for my website. This clearly indicates that he copied and pasted a template for my site and still didn't put it in english.
Anyways, I still paid the monthly (for 8 to 9 months according to my statements) until I didn't. He blamed the lack of development to someone he hired and blamed that person... he has a home office.
We English. reconciled, atleast I thought, then he charged another $600 to "rebuild" the website "better than ever".
How about we just get it in English before you charge that many months?
I've spent over a grand on a website that doesn't exist now and when it did, people couldn't read it.
